Wedding Day Management: Minimum 1–2 weeks with vendor list and details in place (earlier is better to ensure quality).

Yes, programs, cards, signage, favors, memorial table, etc., within a defined scope (we’ll outline this in your proposal). Complex builds or floral installs may require our rental/florist partners.

Yes, Birmingham/Trussville and Greater surroundings areas such as Atlanta are our primary markets. Travel/lodging fees may apply for venues outside these areas or for multi-day events.

Yes to both. We champion love in all forms and collaborate closely to respect traditions, rituals, and ceremony flows.

Venue coordinators serve the property; we serve you. We manage your full day flow, vendors, and family experience while partnering gracefully with venue staff.

Yes, professional liability and general liability. Many venues require this; we’ll provide COIs upon request.

50% non-refundable retainer to secure your date; balance due per contract (commonly 30 days pre-event).
Reschedules/cancellations follow the contract terms. If scope or guest count changes, we’ll issue a change order.

Absolutely, micro-weddings are our sweet spot (≤50 guests). Ask about streamlined timelines, intimate layouts, and elevated vendor teams tailored for smaller guest counts.

Yes, either we’ll oversee your pre-booked rentals or handle sourcing/management (package-dependent). We’ll confirm counts, delivery windows, and pickup plans.

We’ll provide a gratuity guideline for common vendor categories. Overtime for our team is billed hourly with your approval.
